Description
A safety valve is a valve that acts as a fail-safe in a thermal-hydraulics plant. An example of safety valve is a pressure relief valve(PRV), which automatically releases a substance from a boiler, pressure vessel, or other system, when the pressure or temperature exceeds preset limits. Pilot-operated relief valves are a specialized type of pressure safety valve. A leak tight, lower cost, single emergency use option would be a rupture disk.
Working pressure: 3-12 Bar;
Relief Pressure: 7 Bar, 8Bar & 10 Bar can be optional as requested; the maximum tolerance of the relief pressure is within 0.5Bar;
Working medium: Water. Mainly for domestic using water heating tank;
Working temperature: 0-110℃;
Safety anti-water back flow function to guarantee the properly working of the water heating tank;
Water flow inlet pressure: 1 Bar; water flow anti-back pressure: 3 Bar;
High quality stainless steel spring guarantees the better working performance and also the long using life;
Locking handle design to avoild the improperly operation;
Thread: M*F according to ISO228(BS2779) standard;
Nickle plated surface makes nice-looking and also anti-corrosion, laser marking relief pressure and date on the body.
